Takeways
Utilizing various user research and testing methods to inform design decisions.
I selected interviews and usability testing for my user research, given their effectiveness for smaller user groups. In the future, I plan to expand my research methods to include surveys, competitive analysis A/B testing for a more holistic understanding and informed design decisions.
Conducting detailed user research focused on specific sections of the mobile.
If given more time, I hope to conduct focused interviews with more users for specific sections, such as the game list and game content, to derive more detailed and tailored user pain points.
